Summary/Abstract: Climate change is a common concern of humankind, in which parties should respect, promote and take into account their obligations regarding human rights, the right to health, the rights of indigenous peoples, local communities, migrants, children, persons with disabilities and persons in vulnerable situations and the right to development, as well as gender equality, women’s empowerment and intergenerational equality. As a global problem, climate change requires countries around the world to work together, so in 2015, world leaders agreed on new ambitious targets to fight climate change.
