Summary/Abstract: “In the piece Vidovszky’s turn-of-the-decade gave the idea to have numerals sung in two parts (soprano and tenor) from one to sixty, not in growing order – since every number is a different number – but by random consistency, as when recalling the past human memory remembers the years cast together in a given way.” The salutation and the piece of music on the notes were created by Kristóf Weber, composer, for the sixtieth birthday of László Vidovszky, a determining figure of contemporary Hungarian music.
