Summary/Abstract: Children from single-parent families and their parents or legal representatives often encounter serious difficulties in the educational and upbringing process. The emotional state of these children and the lack of adequate support programs for their families can lead to problems in their performance at school, difficulties in their integration into the educational environment and even premature school leaving. The article examines the structure, types and specific features of single- parent families, determines the needs of children from such families and analyzes the factors influencing their educational results. The main goal is to develop a psycho- pedagogical support program that will support the successful integration of these children into the educational system, while providing socio-emotional support. The article discusses various forms of pedagogical and social support, strategies for integration, as well as good practices for interaction with parents and significant relatives.
