Summary/Abstract: This article deals with some issues of legal regulation of the association of unit owners as a legal entity in the legal system of the Czech Republic. Due to the complexity and extensiveness of the legal regulation of this issue, only some selected aspects of the legal regulation are discussed here, namely the extent of the legal personality of the association of unit owners, as well as some issues directly related to it.
