Summary/Abstract: The Third Annual Seminar of the Department of Criminal Law at Charles University, held in Pec pod Sněžkou from September 19-22, 2024, attended by 25 students, focused on the theme "Criminal Law, Criminology, and Criminalistics in a Changing World." Presentations covered topics such as the misuse of vulnerability through deceit, revenge porn, cybercrime, and drug-related offenses. The event included discussions on fentanyl, HHC criminalization, and modern investigative methods. The seminar also featured debates on the legal responsibility of artificial intelligence, private prosecution in criminal proceedings, and the impact of digitalization on justice. The program concluded with a hike to Sněžka and discussions on euthanasia and the digitalization of court records. The seminar provided a platform for students to present their research and engage in lively discussions with faculty members.
