Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the shortcomings of the current Criminal Code, which can lead to innocent people being accused of crimes. In the article, examples of outdated provisions, unclear provisions, and criminal provisions that could be more successfully sanctioned through administrative legal means are examined. The author concludes that these deficiencies in the current criminal justice system can be addressed by adopting a new Criminal Code.
