Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the peculiarities of the pedagogical experiment aimed at solving the contradiction between the needs of Ukrainian society for highly qualified teachers and the actual state of pedagogical education. The main research methods include mathematical statistics, in particular the calculation of the student's t-test and the nonparametric Pearson test. The hypothesis is that strengthening the personnel potential of vocational education is ensured by the readiness of future specialists to quickly adapt to changing working conditions in production and education. This is ensured by creating appropriate psychological and pedagogical conditions. The results of the study confirmed the effectiveness of the experimental model.
