Summary/Abstract: Flămânda-Cremenari (Vâlcea County) was very little used by the scientific literature because the lack of information about it. We know only 60 coins from 465 initial number issued from Nero to Hadrianus. It is a major possibility that this hoard contained other coins, some of them minted after the reign of Hadrianus. After analyzing the numismatic context and the archaeological one we saw that first conflictual situation well documented in the northeastern part of Oltenia was at the beginning of Commodus reign period. Because of the very limited lot of coins known we concluded that is very possible that this hoard to be hided in the times of Caracalla.
