Summary/Abstract: The article provides an analysis of the digitalization process recently implemented in the pharmaceutical sector in Bulgaria. It discusses the positive effects and benefits of digitalization, as well as the issues it addresses. Despite innovations in legislation and practice, there are still situations that require optimization. Therefore, further analysis is necessary to better integrate digitalization as a new management method in this sector. The study employs both legal and sociological approaches to contribute to the improvement of public healthcare.
