Summary/Abstract: Every job is useful if it brings results and creates better conditions for the development of society and human life. According to success, we also appreciate the people who engage in activities. From this perspective, we should consider the role and importance of the teaching profession. Society desires to continuously see some of these qualities in a teacher, such as enthusiasm, responsibility, and precision in work. Above all, they should also be guided by some principles, such as demonstrating effective and quality work, possessing intellectual capacity, having research skills in the field of teaching, as well as possessing necessary knowledge in educational fields. A model teacher is always dedicated to educating and educating students for their well-being. Teaching for the teacher is by no means an easy profession; it has challenges, although within the framework of planning, one learns from difficulties. Being always flexible towards students, basing and valuing each individual's thoughts, making efforts to adapt teaching and learning to each individual's abilities, with the sole aim of creating and ensuring a welcoming and cooperative environment for all students in the classroom.
