Summary/Abstract: As President of the Council of Rectors of the Republic of Moldova, as well as Rector of the 'Nicolae Testemițanu' State University of Medicine and Pharmacy, I have the honor and great pleasure to extend to you the most sincere and cordial congratulations on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the founding of your University. On this occasion, we wish you much inspiration and creative strength in achieving the objectives you set in the complex and responsible task of training specialists in the most important fields of social life. Reaching the milestone of 30 years of private higher education in the Republic of Moldova, we increasingly realize the importance and role of this in the socio-economic and cultural life of the country.
