Summary/Abstract: I am particularly honored to convey a congratulatory message on behalf of the Ministry of Education and Research on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Free International University of Moldova, expressing the most sincere wishes, feelings of gratitude, and appreciation for the efforts made by the university leadership and the academic community in training highly qualified specialists and developing science in our country.
