Summary/Abstract: The common approach of health is set to establish the objectives and guiding lines, and Romania, like any other state in the European Union , must pay a great attention to the well development of this field. Therefore, the nature and characteristics of the health services make their mark on the offer , influencing its content, features and the specific way the offer corelates with the request. The offers content is determined by the capacity of the prestators to satisfy, in certain quality, quantity, structure and dead-lines conditions, the consumers needs.
