Summary/Abstract: The control serves for dynamic, preventive and real-time delivery of information and increase the quality of decisions. This paper presents a few significant element of corporate management control system with emphasis on financial control. It presents a basic group of management information used for planning, coordinating and evaluating of corporate processes and methodological system of financial control.
