Summary/Abstract: In the article „Influence of Globalization and Economic Crisis on Human Capital Management“ we discuss demands on changes in management of Human Capital in the context of actual tendencies. This article is focused on some question of talent management from the point of view of performance management based on the Balanced Scorecard learning and development perspective. Discussion is focused on importance of performance, metrics, social intelligence, competency, education, evaluation and new tendencies in HR departments management.
