Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article is the principle of trust in the context of establishing a European Production Order. The relationship between the principle of trust and the principle of mutual recognition of judicial decisions will be examined. The conclusions will answer the question of what function the principle of trust will play during the regulation on the issuance of electronic evidence - will it be a condition for the proper application of the principle of mutual recognition? The desired Legislative Direction will be indicated.
