Summary/Abstract: Human perception in general about health and social diseases is not unique. The ways in which social disease is understood is directly related to general social relations, that is, the behavior of a person and a certain group. Criminological studies of social diseases are more based on socio-pathological phenomena and criminality, however, social diseases must be studied as social factors that can cause various other diseases and adversely affect their development and outcome, from which comes the inspiration for the work. Analyzing the current social situation, they try to find such forms of social life that improve health and prevent the emergence of social diseases, thereby preventing criminal acts of violence, especially domestic violence and violence against women. A common question that criminological research deals with is: how lifestyle, gender, age, race, socio-economic, socio-cultural and other differences between people affect the quality of social health and the occurrence of social diseases and the final outcome, which conditions the basic the problem of research in this work, which is the influence of social diseases from a criminological aspect on the state and movement of criminal acts of domestic violence and violence against women.
