Summary/Abstract: The crisis of the global economy now requires a reaşezare the phenomenon of globalization. The crisis of the financial system now is one of inability to manage globalization. We can just say that the strengths of globalization and the inability of the management of this process are those which have generated the local accident, later extended to global level of accidents and materialized in the current global crisis.
