Summary/Abstract: The main goal of the present study is to reveal the leading concepts for solving the Bulgarian refugee issue in the context of the creation, amendments and additions to the Law on the Settlement of Refugees and Ensuring Their Livelihood (1920–1928). The main documentary base of the research is the Shorthand Diaries of the National Assembly.
