Summary/Abstract: The study is an analysis of the impact of the new version of the ICD-11 on the sentencing process in canonical annulment of marriage cases, to the extent that judges can use data produced by expert witnesses. The ICD-11 will become the benchmark for assessing the mental condition of the parties, so the study not only describes examples of practical changes with respect to the ICD-10 version, but also discusses the new way of preparing opinions, which will automatically require a new approach to reading and interpreting the data provided by experts in canonical trials.
