Summary/Abstract: This paper investigates the expanding role of family lawyers in integrating family and business law to address the complex needs of modern business people. Utilizing a qualitative literature review, the study explores how family lawyers are broadening their practices to include business elements, transitioning towards a holistic service model. This approach not only enhances legal service delivery but also improves client satisfaction and legal outcomes. Case studies from the USA, UK, and Australia illustrate the effectiveness of these integrated services. The research highlights the necessity for family lawyers to evolve into one-stop shops, offering tailored legal solutions that bridge the gap between personal and professional legal needs. Limitations include a reliance on published literature, with recommendations for future empirical research to deepen the understanding of integrated legal practices.
