Summary/Abstract: Comparative analysis of amino acids from acacia pollen and acacia honey and sunflower pollen and sunflower honey indicates that the amino acids in honey do not always come entirely from pollen, and some of their is derived from the direct physiological activity of the bee in the processing of honey from nectar. The data obtained on the total content and the quantitative and qualitative spectrum of the amino acids in acacia pollen, poly flower pollen and sunflower pollen, as well as acacia honey, lime honey and sunflower honey allow us to argue their direct use for different therapeutic purposes. Knowing the maximum content of amino acids in different pollen and honey samples will allow the effective combination of them in order to obtain the bee products enriched with amino acids and which would have beneficial health effects by filling the necessary amino acids, especially the essential ones.
