Summary/Abstract: The forest economy went from a small importance to a higher plan in the interwar period, due to both concerns doubled by the objective of its economic profitability. By correlating multiple factors, by careful analysis, we have the possibility to highlight the legislation of the forest fund of interwar Romania, a problem with values of great importance for the past, present and future of our society. The objective analysis allowed us, by choosing the vast forest issue, to highlight the legislative evolution of the forest fund and to highlight its most decisive moments.
