Summary/Abstract: The idea of post-war Polish-Czech federation was created in the mid-40s in London, which was the headquarters of Polish and Czech emigration authorities. The author focuses on the views of Władysław Sikorski, Kazimierz Sosnkowski, August Zaleski, Edward Raczyński and the Polish primate Agust Hlond. Those politicians pursued creation of a mid-Europen organization of countries, perhaps including Hungary as well, able to oppose Germany and Soviet Russia.
