Summary/Abstract: The rules of the National Library in Gračanica are a foundational document upon which the work of this cultural and educational society was based. The rules were approved by the Ministry of Education of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes on November 9, 1928, following the prescribed procedures and legal processes. The original document is currently preserved in the Archive of Yugoslavia in Belgrade (fond no. 66, file 2.280, description unit: 2.151). We present the document in its original form.
