Summary/Abstract: The article addresses the topic of how young people perceive climate change and the phenomenon of so-called “eco-anxiety”. The issue of climate change is an important issue for people of the so-called “generation Z”, who, as various studies show, experience negative emotional states due to climate change. The author presents the results of a survey conducted among a group of students of Journalism and Social Communication at the University of Gdansk, through which she wanted to find out how students who are representatives of generation Z perceive climate change? Where do they get information on this subject and how do they evaluate it? Do they also experience eco-anxiety and what behaviours do their knowledge and emotions generate in them?
