Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the audiovisual resource of the Sejm Archives in relation to audio and video session recordings of the Sejm and its bodies. The key aspects of the discussed topic concern the decision-making processes and legislative activities that, over the past several decades, accompanied the creation, collection and archiving of the records mentioned above. Another important issue is digitization of analog recordings and problems of technical, legislative (i.e., regarding copyright protection) and economic nature related to it. The article also reveals the role of the Sejm Library and Sejm Archives, both in terms of storing and recording the materials in question, as well as their creation and digitization.
