Summary/Abstract: During the archaeological researches from Alba Iulia-The Hill of the Pitchforks-Monolit carried on four successive campaigns, between 2003-2006 there have been discovered archaeological complexes from the first period of the Iron Age. Numerous ceramic materials, osteological materials and in some cases anthropomorphous representations and bronze pieces are part of the complexes’ inventory. The shapes and the ornaments of the ceramics find the best analogies in the third level of the settlement from Teleac. In the researches from 2003-2006 two representations of “Stiefelgefäse” type vessels have been discovered in a complex from surface 1. There haven’t been discovered representations or fragments from vessels of “Stiefelgefäse” type inside other complexes or in the layer. As for the analogies for this type of representations in the intra-Carpathic area from the first period of the Iron Age only two pieces which were discovered in the fortified settlement from Teleac are known. From the archaeological researches which aimed at other settlements, in which there have been discovered materials from the first period of the Iron Age, there are not mentioned representations of the human leg or fragments from vessels of “Stiefelgefäse” type.
