Summary/Abstract: The archaeological researches from 9 May Street, Alba Iulia, revealed a villa suburbana construction. The foundation and a small part of the lifting made of river stone and mortar are still preserved. The north south orientation has walls of 5.9 x 9.5 m and thick between 0.5-0.6 m. From its inventory we may remember a fragment of marble statue representing a feminine divinity, several bronze or silver coins; the most recent one is from Balbinus (238), a bronze ring, glass beads, etc. Also there has been gathered a large amount of ceramics, which is in process at the restoration laboratory.
