Some aspects regarding the legal nature and the litigation of administrative documents of the Permanent Electoral Authority

Summary/Abstract: The analysis of institutions and all bodies with legal competence in electoral matters is of broad interest to all those involved in elections and, in particular, to legal professionals, especially in this year of local, parliamentary and European Parliament elections. Given the complexity of the activity of electoral bodies, which require extensive research, which we believe cannot be exhausted by a study, we have proposed the analysis of certain aspects, which attracted our attention, regarding the legal regime, legal nature and contentious administrative of the Permanent Electoral Authority administrative acts.
