The collection was acquired in parts, starting with the purchase of manuscripts in 1982 and continuing with significant additions after 1989. The archive includes correspondence with prominent figures like Václav Havel and Jaroslav Seifert, as well as Vladislav's own writings and translations. The collection is still being processed for detailed cataloging and is expected to be fully accessible for research by 2027. The archive also contains audiovisual materials from the Authentic Project, documenting Czech literary life.
