Summary/Abstract: The importance and priority of the choice of human resources is extremely important in the organizational structure of the company. The legal order of human resources in a particular business entity allows to perform tasks that provide conditions for smooth functioning of organizational units based on management, competencies and skills of employees. Within the legal order of human resources, a strategy and policy for the development of human resources are developed and implemented within the given organizational design of the company, and legal business norms, general and organizational acts are taken into account.
