Summary/Abstract: There are different kinds of normativity that should be delimited in one more rigorous way. Via comparative analysis of Hare's and Foucault's ethical theory, that usually holds as mutually divergent, the author brings out certain suggestions that refers to a possible resolving of the task. The analysis results in creating one new operative, contextually justified concept.
