Summary/Abstract: This article explores the cultural heritage embedded in the discourse surrounding dairy products from Romania, Great Britain, and France. By analysing a corpus of 30 websites, it examines how local culture is reflected and transmitted through gastronomic discourse. Dairy products, deeply rooted in the cultural and culinary traditions of a nation, serve as a medium to preserve and promote local values and heritage. By highlighting the connection between local products and cultural identity, this study contributes to understanding how traditions are maintained and shared. It underlines the significance of food as a vector for cultural preservation and intercultural dialogue. The analysis examines how local culture is embedded in dairy producers' websites through four key aspects: historical references highlighting the significance of the past, linguistic elements reflecting cultural specificities, mentions of family ties and traditions, and geographical references emphasizing authenticity and origin.
