Summary/Abstract: The paper examines the main aspects of the harmonized benchmark revision in national accounts in 2024. The research describes the process, which is mandatory for all EU member states and it’s done regularly every 5 years. An emphasis is placed on the main changes, which could be expected due to the implementation of new data sources, methods or due to methodology improvements. JEL Classification: C10, E00, E02.
