Summary/Abstract: This article aims to highlight what efforts have been made in the last two to three years both in Romania and in other European countries to reduce school dropout, in particular, - a phenomenon increasingly present in many European societies, what were the amounts invested in this regard and to what extent such investments have had practical effect.
