Summary/Abstract: The most important focus of this scientific work is to give a clear answer to the question to what extent do sociocultural factors such as organizational culture, power dynamics and social norms influence the emergence and maintenance of mobbing? In addition, the article clearly defines which global changes in society, but also in the standard of living in general, had the greatest impact on the change within the business environment, and which increased the greater risk for organizations and companies in terms of the appearance and spread of mobbing. Mobbing in its essence contains a series of mobbing activities from interfering with adequate communication, maintaining social relations, personal reputation, health... Therefore, an unhealthy work climate and environment will affect the increase in sick leave, decrease work productivity, and as a result have a worse position of the employer on the market and a decrease in his reputation.
