Summary/Abstract: This article aims to show how European countries have tried to tackle this problem in the last few years, both legislatively and in practice, at a social level or within educational institutions, and to what extent the new sanctions introduced by the various countries have succeeded in reducing the phenomenon of cyberbullying and protecting minors from its harmful effects.
