Before and after the training course, teachers assessed their skills in sur-veys, focusing on self-assessment of intercultural competence, preparation for workingwith migrant-experienced students, and awareness of these students' needs. The resultsindicate an increase in teacher awareness post-course, especially in aspects important formulticultural classes, such as appreciating children's native languages. Although teach-ers initially doubted their preparation and the need for development, participation in theproject reduced these concerns and increased knowledge about the specific needs ofmigrant children.
