The selection of the research sample is dic-tated by the geopolitical location and common historical experience as wellas the election of women to the office of president after 1991. An answer wassought to the question of the style of exercising power and relations withstates (the USA, China, and Russia) that tried in the past and are currently try-ing to influence politics in the region.
