Phenomenon of Soviet "tufta": Experience of one historical investigation

Summary/Abstract: The article covers the broad problem – the idea of social exclusiveness of Soviet statehood, that existed mostly due to the sacralization of Soviet “tufta” (lies, falsifi cations, imitations, made by State). The visibility of a good-working social system was made by masking the corruption, begging, poverty and other similar social phenomena.
