Creation of banking offer using e-banking

Summary/Abstract: Electronic banking services use electronic data storage media and are also referred to as remote banking. Depending on the solutions used, it enables to perform passive or active operations. Simple passive operations consist of checking the account balances and history, whereas active operations allow, among others, to make a transfer or opening a deposit. A growing number of transactions using e-banking in Poland allows both banks and customers to gain greater benefits. The article examines the sources of e-banking growth and the barriers that may inhibit the growth trend of mobile payments.
