Summary/Abstract: Organizational culture in contemporary companies is undergoing significant changes, moving away from the traditional concept of a work environment solely focused on profit and capital creation. Instead, new approaches aim to create environments that foster much more than just business success, emphasizing the need for positive social and environmental impact. Global demographic shifts and labor market dynamics more than ever encourage organizations to be diverse and inclusive (across different generational groups, backgrounds and migration status, language, gender, education level, etc.), with innovation often emerging as a product of such organizations. Innovative workplaces are dynamic environments that encourage freedom of expression of ideas, promote diversity, and actively foster creativity among employees. These organizations continuously seek new approaches, encourage exploration, and create spaces for collaboration to achieve sustainable progress and adapt to market changes. Indeed, the transformation of traditional organizational culture emerges as an inherent necessity, finding its foundation in critical theory, which provides a robust framework for analyzing and understanding social relations and power dynamics within organizations. Through the lens of critical theory, organizations become more aware of the deeper structures shaping their culture, prompting them to reassess established norms and promote diversity, inclusivity, and innovation as the core values underlying the company's organizational culture.
