Summary/Abstract: High-tech cybercrime as a new emerging form of crime, due to the specific way it manifests itself in socio-economic interactions, represents a problem for law enforcement agencies in the implementation of criminal and criminal law activities and procedures during investigative processes. The possibility and speed of decryption (encrypted) and processing of collected and available data during the investigation can be decisive for the outcome of the investigation process. Due to the specific manner of manifestation in terms of the specificity of the means of execution and the consequences for the injured subjects, the perpetrators of these crimes often destroy or mask the traces of the execution in order to make the investigation impossible or significantly more difficult. To successfully confront and prevent this security threat, law enforcement agencies must have certain resource capacities (human, material-technical and infrastructural) that are the same or at a higher level than the perpetrators. Considering the above in terms of the speed, efficiency and severity of the threat, it is necessary to include in the investigative process the use of all available legal resources in the form of databases, surveillance systems, records, signaling, telecommunications, Internet traffic, all public and private entities in the context of data analysis from of those sources in order to reach the perpetrator or prevent the attack during the planning phase, initiation or during the duration of the attack.
