Summary/Abstract: The book Eutopia, written by Liviu Neagoe, came out in 2023 and was published by Cartier, a prestigious publishing house from the Republic of Moldova, that has been a strong presence on the local market for some time now. The study was released by Cartier Istoric, an imprint of Cartier, dedicated to historical studies.
