Summary/Abstract: Pedagogy has transformed philosophical theories into educational practices applicable in the training of children and young people. Diversity is fundamental to understanding morality in modern society. By embracing and exploring multiple cultural, religious and personal perspectives, moral education broadens its horizons, becoming a powerful tool for shaping responsible, empathetic citizens capable of building harmonious relationships in a diverse world. Moral education plays an essential role in child development, contributing to the formation of character, values and social skills. It not only influences children’s behavior but also supports cognitive and emotional development. Through moral education, children learn to distinguish right from wrong, manage emotions and develop harmonious relationships with others. This approach not only enriches their understanding of morality, but also contributes to a more just and tolerant society. Moral education is essential for children’s cognitive and emotional development. By promoting empathy, critical thinking and managing emotions, it supports the formation of strong character and ethical behavior. In an increasingly complex global context, moral education remains a fundamental pillar in shaping responsible and empathetic citizens. Shaping ethical behavior in the digital environment is a shared responsibility of individuals, family, schools and society.
