Summary/Abstract: In this study, the “new security conception”, which involves the expansion and the deepening of the security field in the globalisation process, is explicated. this study aims at presenting what the new security threats, jointed to traditional threat sense of the security field are and which measures may be taken for this issue. In the fist chapter of the study, the security phenomenon is reviewed conceptually and theoretically. The second chapter encompasses, firstly the discussion of the globalisation process both conceptually and theoretically. After this stage, the new conception of security shaped in the globalisation process is argued out. The main purpose of the study is to gain a new perspective for Black Sea security issues.
