Summary/Abstract: Collection of stories “Monolog u šolji kafe “ / “Monologue in a Cup of Coffee” (published by Public Library “Alija Isaković”, Gradačac, 2006) by Aleksandra Čvorović, shows an unusual world, a world built on questioning of human existence secrets, relationship between a human being and its destiny, eros and thanatos, whose guidelines, energies and relationships that basically determine the creation of emotional and physical universe. The author’s bravery in dealing with unusual themes and motifs has, consequently, thanks to a true talent for narration, lead to authentic esthetics values.
