Summary/Abstract: This study analyzes the situation in practice, in which the employee, who received an employment offer in which certain rights are mentioned, but these are not found in the individual employment contract, can ask the employer to pay the rights provided for in the employment offer and not taken over in the individual employment contract, and in case of refusal, if the employee enjoys the protection of the law, to request them in court.
