Summary/Abstract: This article explores the role of EI in the context of business and its impact on organizational efficiency. The authors propose an innovative mathematical model that considers various aspects of employees' emotional intelligence and investigate its correlation with efficiency. Utilizing decision models, they analyze key factors affecting EI levels and forecast the number of successful projects for each employee. These insights enable organizational leadership to develop personalized approaches to team development and ensure efficient resource utilization. Moreover, the analysis of forecasts aids in anticipating future risks and selecting optimal strategies for market success. The practical application of the developed model can assist corporations in understanding and maximizing their personnel's potential amidst constant change and competitive landscapes.
